THE DUALITY OF LIFE
Once again I journey into the unknown
Like a lost soul, I venture into the darkness
But this time I feel no fear
I choose not to hide
This is unchartered territory
I'm in uncertainty's habitat
It hunts me down ferociously
But I've decided to not be it's prey
Have you heard of the hunter and the hunted
;Of the predator and it's prey
;Of an owl with eyes wide open on a summers day
In solitude I stood in the wilderness now confronted by the very fact I have refused to face
The entire logic behind the predator and it's prey isn't cowardice, it's fate
Cos even the bravest of goats in front of a lion falls on its face
So henceforth I proceed with caution
And even with the advantage of a lion, I weigh my options
Cos most times life presents itself like a two sided coin
Though the mightiest of skills can be defeated through deception
Pure strength can bring even the cleverest of does under subjection
So next time you find yourself before a foe do not depend solely on either wisdom or strength.
